Giving back and supporting female leaders… Sponsoring the Woman Who Awards for 2018
Just back from my international travels to Italy and New Zealand to deliver Leadership With Horses Workshops, and the realisation came that I feel drawn to support more female leaders in my local Midlands area.
On International Women’s Day, it felt the time to actively support and empower female leaders in a truly meaningful and personal way. The Woman Who ….. Achieves network and awards are founded and run by the remarkable Sandra Garlick who has been cantering along with us as part of The Leadership Whisperers journey.
As a former business Startup Award Winner, in 2016 and Export Finalist in 2017, this year it was time to step away from entering awards, but instead give back, by proudly sponsoring & supporting the Growing SME Award, which felt entirely aligned to my own business growth journey.
