We were delighted this month to be shortlisted as a finalist for the Breakthrough Equine Company of the Year in the 2016 E-Dressage Equine Awards, which will be held at the luxury Cheshire estate of Carden Park on Saturday 22nd October. It follows our award success as winners of the Woman Who Awards in the Startup category in April this year.
We were recognised for our work in bringing together business leaders and horses to create a unique and innovative way of developing leadership skills in business.
Emma said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted for this award as it demonstrates the commitment we have made to pioneering a unique way of working with horses to shape the future of leadership in business. We have a strong order book from blue chip companies, with repeat business from 90% of our clients, and we are delighted to be recognised externally by the equine industry as well. We delivered our first international contract in June this year and hope to expand this in 2017. We took a huge leap of faith when we left our successful corporate leadership careers but business needed a new way of learning that created fast and sustainable results, and we knew that horses could help make that step change.”
