This weekend, Emma and Rchi competed in the Iberian Performance Show. Rchi won every class he entered – Best Ridden Gelding, Best Low School Horse (for horses who have been trained to a certain standard) and Best Lusitano in Show! As an amateur rider, the competition was tough as Emma was competing against a lot of professional riders
Whenever I watch Emma and Rchi together, I see the power of harmony in relationships. Their ability to listen at a deep level to each other and communicate sensitively is eye-wateringly brilliant.
As I watch them, I am moved by the depth of their relationship. As Emma’s business partner, I know that these are skills she integrates into her work life too. It makes it a joy to work with her and follow her leadership. Do people say the same of you?

Raffle prize donated to Riding for the Disabled Association
The Leadership Whisperers were proud to donate a half day Leadership with Horses raffle prize at the Iberian Performance Horse Show this weekend and look forward to welcoming the prize winners to the stables soon. The prize was raffled in aid of Riding for the Disabled Association – an association that strives to improve communication, relationships and confidence for disabled people.
