MR BLUE’S FIRST DAY AT WORK
Mr Blue had his first day’s work with clients this week.
As winter has arrived and he’s been rolling in the mud, he’s looking more brown than blue but that doesn’t detract from his ability to have an impact on clients.
As a young six year old new to the work, Mr Blue showed that he brings another dimension to the existing team – bold curiosity, a cheeky sense of fun and a desire to play.
He worked with one of our regular Mastermind groups who work with the horses once a month for six months. They were exploring where they are now with their leadership and business and what obstacles are in their way.
We let the horses examine the obstacles loose before we ask the clients to lead them around and gain insights on how they approach their obstacles and how they can expand their leadership skills to navigate them easily.
Here is Mr Blue examining the obstacles. The way he approached them gave the clients surprisingly great insights on what is really happening and where they need to pay attention.
