We were delighted to win the Woman Who…Start Up Award 2016. The awards were announced at a high profile lunch in Coventry on Fri 15th April 2016.
The judges selected us as the winner because they recognised that we have built our business as a scaleable and innovative business from day one. They were extremely impressed by the incredible bond between Jude and Emma and our years of corporate experience. We were delighted as it shows we are role modelling the leadership and relationship skills that we use with our clients too.
Leaning into the courage of your convictions and starting a business is a big leap. This is especially so when you are pioneering and disrupting the current leadership development methodologies with a new and game-changing solution. Every day we take risks, make mistakes, recover and recalibrate and it’s wonderful to see this coming to fruition and being recognised.
